Just Me

Hi, my name is Ann. I'm a 52 year old wife, mother and grandma. I have one husband, one daughter, one son in law and one adorable granddaughter! I've been a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 12 years. I have been battling my weight most of my adult life. Especially once I had my daughter 26 years ago. I have tried several times to lose weight in many different ways. At this point, I've decided to throw all the "diet" business out the window and concentrate on ME and changing the way I feel about me as well as how I see myself. So, as I start this new journey I decided to start a Blog to journal my progress, the highs and lows.  I am not an experienced blogger I guess I will learn as I go. I will add some pictures as soon as I figure it all out. I welcome positive comments and support. Please don't comment if you're going to be unkind.
